Who am I?
I am a Nurse turned VA and now Podcast Manager, Strategist and coach.
My journey started in a completely different field. For years, I worked as a Charge Nurse. I loved helping people, but deep down, I knew something was missing. I dreamed of more flexibility, more freedom to work from anywhere—and in 2021, I finally made that leap.
Leaving the healthcare industry during the pandemic was a big decision, but it was the best one I’ve ever made. I started my VA business with no clear idea of what it would look like. I just knew I had a wealth of transferable skills.
It wasn’t long before I found myself fully booked.
In October 2022, just nine months into my VA journey, I took another leap and transitioned into podcast management. That decision changed everything.
I began working with top 1% podcasts, helping them grow, hit the charts, and keep their listeners engaged.
For me, it was about aligning my work with my values.
Podcast management combined creativity, strategic thinking, and meaningful work—and it was exactly what I needed.
Fast forward to late 2023, and I started mentoring other aspiring podcast managers. I wanted to give them the tools and mindset they needed to build location-free careers too.
And while I’ve helped over 30 women build their podcast management businesses, I’m still in the field—still learning, adapting, and growing alongside my clients.
I’m constantly refining my skills and strategies to ensure that I’m always on the cutting edge of podcast management.
Podcast management gives me the creative outlet I always craved, while providing the freedom I wanted in my personal life.
And now, my goal is to pass that knowledge and experience on to others.
